Dr. Terence Ngwa

Terence Ngwa, Ed. D is a trained educator and organizational leader with over 20 years of national and international service. He is deeply dedicated to strengthening and transforming organizational culture through diversity and inclusion initiatives, developing talent, and encouraging collaboration between management employees.

A lifelong union activist and advocate, Dr. Ngwa has worked for many years to ensure an effective voice for employees, educators, parents, and students. He has a conspicuous presence in the community providing support to small businesses and non-profit organizations in program evaluation and monitoring, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, and fundraising.

Dr. Ngwa earned a combined Bachelor of Arts in French and English from the University of Yaoundé I, Cameroon, a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Trinity Washington University, and a Doctor of Education from Southeastern University. He also holds certificates in Collective Bargaining and Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
