Dr. Christian Tekwe holds a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership. In his doctoral dissertation titled “Exploring the Influence of Grit on Small Business Survival Among Sub-Saharan African Immigrant Entrepreneurs in the United States”, Christian developed a framework that brought to light the unique ways successful African immigrant entrepreneurs persevere and keep to their core business interest in the long term.
In his upcoming book, Christian explores the uncanny, seemingly obvious but untapped gem hidden behind the crises of everyday living. He challenges us to assume a posture of resiliency founded on a systematic mental predisposition that ensures a more resourceful and enjoyable life; not in spite of crisis, but because of them.
Trained as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Christian also owns and runs an Anesthesia Services Business in Houston, TX.
Apart from his medical career, Christian also has management experiences in international development organizations, small business coaching, real estate investment, and agribusiness.
